How do I get started ?

Choose your Amhara Laundry service, enter your cleaning choices, specify your desired pickup and delivery location, enter your payment method, and arrange your first pickup. Can I cancel or reschedule my pickup?
Simply reply to the evening or morning pickup reminder SMS to cancel or reschedule your pickup. Evening pickup reminders are issued at 6:00 p.m. IST, while morning pickup reminders are sent at 7:00 a.m. IST. To cancel, type N in the reply box. Use the personalised scheduling calendar included in the cancellation reply letter to reschedule. You may also use the mobile app to schedule pickups and alter a current pickup schedule.

Do I need to sort the clothes or do any
prep work in advance?
We strive to make the cleaning procedure as simple and straightforward as possible, so there is no need to organise your items ahead of time. While we sort and examine all clothing for stains when they arrive at our facility, please tell us of stains and repair needs ahead of time so we can take the greatest care of your things.
