- Laundry will be delivered within 2 days.
- Dry cleaning clothing will be supplied within 3–4 days, depending on load.
- Urgent delivery will be charged at 50% extra.
- Laundry orders of 6 kg or more qualify for free pick-up and delivery.
- Every attempt is made to send clothes on time. In case of delays due to unexpected situations, we will keep you informed.
- Customers are requested to inspect their clothing at the time of delivery.
- We are not responsible for:
- Color fading or running
- Shrinking
- Damage to embellishments or embroidery during cleaning
- Amhara Fabricare will attempt to remove stains but is not liable for persistent or unremovable ones.
- All garments are accepted at the client’s risk.
- If clothing is not collected within 15 days from the delivery date, we cannot be held liable for their care.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by fire, burglary, or unforeseen events.
- Clothing tariff is determined case-by-case, based on garment complexity.
- We use the best cleaning method as deemed appropriate by our professionals, including:
- Wash with emulsifier, detergent, softener
- Soft wash for delicate clothing
- Perchloroethylene or hydrocarbon technology
- We are present on all major social media platforms.
- We reserve the right to use photos of garments for advertising purposes.
- Minimum order value: ₹350 for home pickup and delivery.
